The SI8233AB-D-IMR isolated driver integrates two separate isolated drivers in a single package. The driver has a peak output current of 4A and its maximum supply voltage is 24V. The high degree of integration, low transfer latency, small form factor and its flexibility and cost-effectiveness make the SI8233 device ideal for MOSFET/IGBT gate drive isolation applications.
