The SI8233BB-D-IM is an isolated high side/low side driver that integrates two separate isolated drives in a single package. The driver has a peak output current of 4A and a maximum supply voltage of 24V. The SI8233 driver uses Silicon Labs' patented silicon isolation technology to provide UL1577-compliant 5 kVRMS withstand voltage and 60 ns fast transfer time.
