The SI82398CD-AS integrates two isolated drivers with independent input control or a single input into a single package for high power applications. All drivers operate at 2.5 V input VDD and 24 V maximum drive supply voltage. Ideally suited to drive power MOSFETs and IGBTs, the isolators are used in a wide range of switching power supply and motor control applications. Ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs used in a variety of switching power and motor control applications. These drivers use Silicon Labs' proprietary silicon isolation technology and support withstand voltages up to 5 kVRMS.
