Product Description

The LT4321HUF is a dual ideal-diode bridge controller that enables a Power over Ethernet (PoE) receiving device (PD) to receive power of any voltage polarity from an RJ-45 data pair and/or idle pair. The LT4321 and eight n-channel MOSFETs replace eight diodes in a passive PoE rectifier bridge. The LT4321 simplifies thermal design and increases transmission power.
