The MAX77950EWW is an advanced wireless power receiver IC that meets the WPC specification requirements. The MAX77950EWW is an advanced wireless power receiver IC that meets the specification requirements of the WPC, Low Power (v1.2) and PMA SR1 (v2.0) communication protocols. The device operates using near-field magnetic induction and provides up to 12 watts of output power when coupled to WPC and PMA transmitters. The IC has an accurate output current and voltage sensing scheme over the entire load range. It accurately receives power packets for optimal foreign object detection (FOD) as specified in the WPC specification. The IC supports FSK demodulation to receive PMA advertisement IDs as well as WPC FSK packets.
