The LTC2950CTS8-2 is a micropower, wide input voltage range, pushbutton ON/OFF controller. The device contains a pushbutton input with independently programmable on and off dither times to control the switching of the open drain enable output. The device also contains a simple microprocessor interface for proper system housekeeping prior to power loss. An internal KILL timer ensures proper power-down during system fault conditions. The device operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 26.4V to suit a variety of applications. Operates over a wide range of input voltages to accommodate a variety of input power sources.
