The ADS114S06BIRHBR is a precision, 16-bit delta-sigma analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). Low power consumption and a variety of integrated functions reduce system cost and component count in applications that measure small-signal sensors. These ADCs feature digital filters that provide low-latency conversion results and 50Hz or 60Hz frequency rejection for noisy industrial environments. Low-noise programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs) provide a gain range of 1 to 128 to amplify low-level signals for use in resistive bridges or thermistors. In addition, these devices incorporate a low-drift 2.5 V reference voltage, reducing printed circuit board (PCB) area.
