The ADS1148IRHBR devices are precision 16-bit analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs) that include a number of integrated features to reduce system cost and component count in sensor measurement applications. The devices feature a low noise, programmable gain amplifier (PGA), precision delta-sigma (ΔΣ) analogue-to-digital converter, single-cycle settling digital filter and internal oscillator. An internal low-drift voltage reference and two matched programmable excitation current sources (ΔΣ) are also available.
