The LTC7803JUD is a high performance, 100% duty cycle synchronous step-down DC/DC switching regulator controller that drives a full N-channel power MOSFET stage. Synchronous rectification improves efficiency, reduces power losses, and lowers heat dissipation requirements. The constant-frequency current-mode architecture features phase-locked switching up to 3MHz. The LTC7803 operates over a wide input supply range of 4.5V to 40V.
