The ADA4099-1HUJZ Over-The-Top™ high-precision operational amplifiers have an input operating voltage range of -VS to +VS and above (known as Over-The-Top).The ADA4099-1 has a <30µV out-of-regulation voltage, <10nA input bias current (IB), and operates from 3.15V to 50V single or split supply. In addition, the ADA4099-1 has a quiescent current of 1.5mA.

The ADA4099-1HUJZ Over-The-Top high-precision operational amplifier provides an input stage for harsh environments with robust input protection. The input can withstand up to 80V differential voltage without damage or degradation of DC accuracy. The operating input common-mode range extends from rail-to-rail and beyond, up to 70V>-VS, independent of the +VS supply.

The device has a stable gain per unit and can drive loads up to 20mA. The op amp can also drive up to 100pF capacitive loads with low power shutdown.The ADA4099-1 is available in a standard 6-pin thin small outline transistor (TSOT) package.
