The ADA4001-2ARZ is a dual-channel JFET amplifier featuring low input bias current, low input voltage noise, low input current noise, and rail-to-rail output.

The combination of low offset, low noise, and extremely low input bias current makes this amplifier particularly suitable for high-impedance sensor amplification and precision current measurement applications using shunt configurations. The combination of DC accuracy, low noise, and fast settling time enables medical instruments, electronic measurement, and automatic test equipment to achieve exceptional precision. Unlike many competing products, the ADA4001-2ARZ maintains fast settling performance even with significant capacitive loads. Unlike many older JFET amplifiers, the ADA4001-2ARZ does not experience output inversion when the input voltage exceeds the maximum common-mode voltage range.

The ADA4001-2ARZ provides fast slew rate and extremely high stability under capacitive loads, making it ideal for high-performance filter applications. Low input bias current, low offset, and low noise characteristics enable photodiode amplifier circuits to achieve a wide dynamic range. The ADA4001-2ARZ is rated for an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
