The ADA4097-1HUJZ are single, robust, precision, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifiers (op amps) with input operating ranges from -VS to +VS and above, with references to tables as Over-The-Top™ in this data sheet. These devices have an offset voltage of <60 μV, an input bias current (IB) of <0.3 nA, and can be operated on a single or split supply from 3 V to 50 V. The ADA4097-1 consumes 32.5 μA of supply current per channel.
The ADA4097-1HUJZ Over-The-Top™ input stage features robust input protection for harsh environments. The inputs can withstand differential voltages up to 80 V without damage or degradation of DC accuracy. The operating common-mode input range extends from rail-to-rail up to 70 V > -VS, independent of the +VS supply.
The ADA4097-1HUJZ is gain-per-unit stable and can drive loads requiring up to 20 mA per channel. These devices can also drive capacitive loads up to 200 pF. These amplifiers feature low power shutdown.
