The ADF4368BCCZ Microwave Wideband Synthesizer is a high performance, ultra-low jitter, integer N-division and fractional N-division phase-locked loop (pll) with integrated VCO. The microwave synthesizer generates any output frequency from 800 MHz to 12.8 GHz without an internal frequency multiplier, thus eliminating the need for subharmonic filters. The microwave synthesiser operates over the 3.3V to 5V, -40°C to 125°C junction temperature range and is available in a 48-pin 7mm x 7mm LGA package. It features 9dBm output power in a 12.8GHz single-ended configuration with 16 levels of power tuning. Typical applications include wireless infrastructure (MC-GSM, 5G), test and measurement, aerospace and defence.
