The ADUM3220ARZ are 4 A isolated dual-channel gate drivers using ADI's iCoupler® technology. These isolated devices combine high-speed CMOS with single-chip transformer technology, providing excellent performance characteristics over alternative devices such as pulse transformer and gate driver combinations.

The ADUM3220ARZ is rated over a -40°C to +125°C junction temperature range.
