The MAX25222CATJ/V is a 4-channel TFT-LCD power supply IC that provides symmetrical positive AVDD and negative NAVDD power supplies, as well as VGON and VGOFF gate power supplies. In addition, a VCOM buffer with output voltage ranges above and below ground voltage and a temperature measurement module are integrated. The device contains non-volatile memory so that all output values can be calibrated (up to five times) over the lifetime of the device.
