The DAC70501MDQFR digital-to-analogue converters (DACs) are 14-bit, high-precision, low-power, voltage-output devices.The DACx0501 are monotonic by design and provide linearity below 1LSB. The devices include a 2.5V, 5ppm/˚C internal reference that provides a full-scale output voltage range of 1.25V, 2.5V, or 5V. A power-on reset circuit is employed to ensure that the DAC output powers up at zero or mid-level and remains at that level until a valid code is written to the device. These devices consume a low 1mA of current and have a power-down feature that reduces current consumption to 15µA (typical) at 5V.
