DAC70501ZDQFR is 14-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs), highly accurate, low-power devices with voltage-output. It include a 2.5V, 5ppm/°C internal reference, giving full-scale output voltage ranges of 1.25 V, 2.5 V, or 5 V.
