The TMC5240ATJ is an intelligent, high-performance stepper motor controller and driver IC with serial communication interfaces (SPI, UART) and extensive diagnostic capabilities. It combines a flexible, bump-optimised ramp generator for automatic target positioning with the industry's most advanced stepper motor driver. The driver is based on 256 microsteps with built-in indexers and fully integrated 36V, 3.0 AMAX H-Bridges as well as non-dissipative integrated current detectors non-dissipative integrated current sensing (ICS).
