The ADF4377BCCZ integer N phase-locked loop (PLL) with integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) is ideal for data converter and mixed-signal front-end (MxFE) clock applications. The high-performance PLL features -239 dBc/Hz, ultra-low 1/f noise, and high phase frequency detector (PFD) frequency for ultra-low in-band noise and integrated jitter.The ADF4377BCCZ's basic VCO and output divider produce frequencies from 800 MHz to 12.8 GHz. All necessary power supply bypass capacitors are integrated, saving board space on compact boards.
