The LTC4419IMSE is a dual-input monolithic PowerPath™ Prioritiser with low operating current that provides back-up switching to keep critical circuits operational during power-down and power-failure conditions. Keeps critical circuits operational during power-down and power-loss conditions. Unlike diode-OR products, the inactive supply current is low even when the inactive supply voltage is higher than the active supply voltage. Internal 2Ω current-limited PMOS switches provide power path selection from the main input (V). Power path selection from the main input (V1) or alternate input (V2) to the output. Adjustable Voltage Monitor The switching threshold from V1 to V2 can be flexibly set by the adjustable voltage monitor set via an external resistor divider. The ADJ monitor input causes the OUT to switch to V2 when the main input, V1, drops. fast, non-overlapping switching circuitry prevents reverse and cross-conduction while minimising output drop.
