The L99LD01TR is a precision constant-current DC-DC converter LED driver for automotive applications dedicated to controlling high-brightness LED headlamps in the LQFP32™ package.

The device is designed for use in boost, buck-boost and flyback converter topologies. The internal random jitter oscillator employs low-frequency modulation to allow RF spectral spreading of the switching frequency, thereby reducing electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) emissions. Slope compensation ensures good converter loop stability regardless of the duty cycle required by the application.
