The TPS54360BQDDAQ1 is a 60V input, 3.5A and 5A step-down DC/DC converter with an integrated high-side MOSFET. The device has a fixed switching frequency of 100kHz to 2.5MHz. The TPS54360 can withstand throw load pulses up to 65V, conforming to ISO 7637 standards. All of these devices provide high efficiency under light load in pulse-jump Eco mode.
