Product Description

The INA239AQDGSRQ1 is an ultra-precision digital power monitor with a 16-bit Δ-Σ ADC designed for current-sense applications. The device measures ±163.84mV or ±40.96mV full-scale differential inputs across a resistive shunt sense element with common mode voltage support ranging from -0.3V to +85V.


The INA239AQDGSRQ1 reports current, bus voltage, temperature, and power while performing the required calculations in the background. The integrated temperature sensor provides ±1°C accuracy for die temperature measurement and can be used to monitor the system ambient temperature.
