Advanced High-Speed CircuitryThe LM536015QDSXRQ1 can regulate from an 18 V input to a 3.3 V output at a fixed voltage and a fixed frequency of 2.1 MHz.The innovative architecture allows the device to regulate from an input voltage of only 3.3 V to an output voltage of 3.3 V. The device has a voltage range of up to 36 V. The transient voltage range is up to 5 V, 3.3 V, or 3.3 V. Voltage ranges up to 36 V and transient tolerances up to 42 V simplify input surge protection design. Open-drain reset outputs with filtering and delayed release. This feature eliminates the need for additional supervisory components, saving cost and board space. seamless transitions between PWM and PFM modes are ensured with a quiescent current of only 23 µA.
