The LM53603AMPWPR buck regulator is designed for 12 V industrial and electrical applications. Offering adjustable output voltages from 3.3 V to 10 V at 3 A or 2 A and input voltages up to 36 V. Advanced high-speed circuitry enables the device to regulate the output to 5 V from input voltages up to 20 V, with a switching frequency of 2.1 MHz. Innovative architecture allows the device to regulate the 3.3 V output when the input voltage is only 3.3 V. The LM53603AMPWPR is optimised for industrial and automotive customers. The product is optimised for both industrial and automotive customers. Input voltage ranges up to 36 and transient tolerances up to 42 V simplify input surge protection design. An open-drain reset output, with filtering and delay, provides a true indication of system status. This feature eliminates the need for additional monitoring components, saving cost and board space. seamless switching between PWM and PFM modes and a no-load operating current of only 24 µA ensure high efficiency and excellent transient response under all load conditions.
