The LT8643SIV synchronous buck regulator features a second generation quiet switcher architecture designed to minimise EMI emissions while providing high efficiency at high switching frequencies. This includes integrated bypass capacitors to optimise all internal fast current loops fast current loops, and by reducing layout to easily achieve excellent EMI performance by reducing layout sensitivity. This performance makes the LT8643SIV ideal for noise sensitive applications and environments. Peak current mode control with 30ns minimum on-time achieves high step-down ratios even at high switching frequencies, and the LT8643SIV features external compensation for current sharing and fast transient response at high switching frequencies. Burst mode operation enables ultra-low standby current consumption and forced continuous mode controls frequency. Harmonics are controlled over the entire output load range, while spread spectrum operation further reduces EMI emissions.
