The LTC2315HTS8-12 is a 12-bit, 5Msps, serial sampling ADC in a TSOT package with an absorption current of only 6mA over a wide tunable analog supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.25V. The LTC2315-12 includes an integrated bandgap and reference buffer to provide a low-cost, high-performance (20ppm/ºC maximum) and space-saving application solution.
