The LTC2333ILX-18 is an 18-bit, low-noise, 8-channel multiplexed successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with buffered differential, wide common-mode range pico-ampere (pA) level inputs. Featuring a 5V low-voltage supply, flexible high-voltage supply, and using an internal reference and buffer, the SoftSpan™ ADC can be configured in a "switch-by-switch" fashion to accept ±10.24V, 0V to 10.24V, ±5.12V, or 0V to 5.12V signals on any channel. signals on any channel. The LTC2333ILX-18's integrated pA input analogue buffer, wide input common-mode range, and 128dB CMRR enable the ADC to directly digitise a wide range of signals, using very little board space and power. This input signal flexibility, combined with ±3LSB INL, lossless code (at 18-bit), and 96.4dB SNR, makes the LTC2333-18 ideally suited for many high-voltage applications requiring wide dynamic range.

The LTC2333ILX-18 supports pin-selectable SPI CMOS (1.8V to 5V) and LVDS serial interfaces.
