Product Description

The LTC2311CMSE-16 is a low noise, high speed, 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and a wide input common mode range.


The LTC2311-16 has an internal low-drift (20ppm/°C maximum) 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference and provides an external 1.25V buffered reference input. In addition, the LTC2311-16 features a high-speed SPI-compatible serial interface with CMOS or LVDS support. a high throughput rate of 5Msps and single-cycle delay characteristics make the LTC2311-16 ideal for many high-speed applications. the LTC2311-16 consumes only 50mW of power from a 5V power supply and offers snooze and sleep modes to reduce power consumption to 5μW.
