The LTC2311IMSE-16 is a low-noise, high-speed 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and a wide input common-mode range. powered by a single 3.3V or 5V supply, the LTC2311-16 has a differential input range of 8VP-P, making it ideal for applications that require wide dynamic range and high common-mode rejection. the LTC2311-16 achieves The LTC2311-16 achieves ±3LSB INL typical, 16-bit no missing code, and 81dB SNR typical.
The LTC2311IMSE-16 features an on-board, low-drift (20ppm/°C maximum) 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference and provides an external 1.25V buffered reference input. The LTC2311-16 also features a high-speed, SPI-compatible serial interface supporting either CMOS or LVDS. Fast throughput of 5Msps and one-cycle latency make the LTC2311-16 ideal for a variety of high-speed applications.The LTC2311-16 consumes only 50mW from a 5V supply and offers nap and sleep modes that reduce power consumption to 5μW, providing further power savings during periods of inactivity.
