The MP5073GG load switch can provide 2A current load protection within an input operating voltage range of 0.5V to 5.5V. With its low on-resistance (RDSON) and extremely small package, it can provide an efficient and space-saving solution for laptops, tablets and other portable/battery-powered applications.

The MP5073GG offers a soft-start function, which can prevent the surge current generated during circuit startup. It simultaneously offers multiple protection functions such as adjustable soft start time, output discharge, overcurrent protection (OCP), and over-temperature shutdown protection.
