Dual USB High-Side 500mA Current Limiting Power Switch

Product Description

The MIC2026-1YM-TR is a high-side MOSFET switch optimised for general-purpose power distribution requiring circuit protection. This device incorporates internal current limiting and thermal shutdown protection mechanisms to safeguard both the device itself and the load. Upon thermal shutdown fault occurrence, the output remains locked in the off state until the faulty load is removed. The device output resets by removing the load or switching the enable input. Both devices incorporate a soft-start circuit to minimise inrush current in high-capacitance load applications. A fault status output flag is triggered during overcurrent and thermal shutdown conditions. Transient faults are filtered internally.
