The OPT3005DTSR is a sensor designed to measure visible light density. Its spectral response closely matches the visual response of the human eye and exhibits exceptional blocking capability against infrared light at 850nm and 940nm (at larger angles of incidence).

The OPT3005DTSR is a single-chip lux meter for measuring the intensity of light visible to the human eye. Its precise spectral response and exceptional infrared rejection enable accurate measurement of visible light intensity, unaffected by any stray light from the light source or active illumination at 850nm or 940nm.
