The AM26LV32EIPWR device consists of four differential line receivers and features a three-state output. This device is designed to meet the requirements of TIA/EIA-422-B and ITU Recommendation V.11 drivers at a lower supply voltage. This device is optimised for balanced bus transmission at switching rates up to 32MHz. With its three-state output, the device can be directly connected to bus-organised systems. The AM26LV32E includes a fault protection circuit that prevents the device from being exposed to unknown voltage signals at the receiver outputs. In the event of an open-circuit fault, a high-level state is generated at the corresponding output. The device supports local power-down applications using the I off circuit. The I off circuit disables the outputs to prevent current flow back into the device during power-down, which could cause damage.
