The L6205D013TR is a DMOS dual full-bridge specifically designed for motor control applications. Manufactured using MultiPower-BCD technology, it integrates isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on a single die. Available in a PowerSO20 package, the L6205D013TR features non-dissipative protection for the high-side power MOSFETs and a thermal shutdown mechanism.
