Description:

The AD5930YRUZ is a waveform generator that supports programmable frequency scanning and burst output functionality. The device utilises embedded digital processing technology with enhanced frequency control capabilities to generate synthesised analogue or digital frequency step waveforms. The AD5930YRUZ writes data via a three-wire serial interface and can operate at clock rates up to 40 MHz. The device is powered by a 2.3 V to 5.5 V supply and includes a standby mode that can disable unused portions of the device.
