ADAR3001ABCZ is a 27.5 GHz to 31 GHz Ka-band beamformer in a BGA package, featuring a 4-beam/16-channel architecture that can be flexibly configured for transmit (Tx) or receive (Rx) mode. It is suitable for high-frequency systems such as satellite communications, 5G millimetre-wave base stations, and phased-array radars.
