The ADAR3000ABCZ is a Ka-band beamformer designed for phased array radars, satellite communications, and 5G millimetre wave systems. The device is packaged in a BGA and supports operating frequencies from 17 GHz to 22 GHz. It features a 4-beam/16-channel architecture that can be flexibly configured for transmit (Tx) or receive (Rx) mode, making it suitable for high-precision beamforming and dynamic beam control applications.
