ZSSC4151AE1C is an automotive sensor signal conditioning integrated circuit launched by (Renesas), mainly used for high-precision amplification and correction of resistance bridge sensor signals. The ZSSC4151AE1C can run algorithms through an internal 16-bit RISC microcontroller to achieve sensor deviation, sensitivity, temperature drift and nonlinearity correction, and supports digital interfaces (such as I²C or ZACwire™) for calibration parameter transmission.

The analog gain is 200, and the digital zoom option supports sensors with a range as low as 1mV/V

Temperature compensation: Internal or external diodes, external series resistance of the bridge or RTD

The sensor is biased by internal voltage

All module pins offer high voltage up to 40V and reverse polarity protection: VDDE, VSSE and AOUT

Maximum power supply current: 7mA
