The RAA2S4263B5HWT device is an automotive pressure sensor signal conditioning chip, specifically designed for differential bridge sensor signal processing, supporting SENT or I2C output. It adopts high-precision analog front-end amplification and sensor zero-drift correction technology, and is suitable for almost all resistance bridge sensors. In addition, the RAA2S4263B5HWT is equipped with overvoltage, reverse polarity protection and electromagnetic compatibility designs, making it suitable for the harsh environments of automobiles.

Differential resistance bridge sensor input, with optional on-chip or external temperature sensors - PTC, NTC, PN junction and sensor bridge temperature measurement
The sensor range is from 1mV/V to 800mV/V, with a resolution of 12 to 18 bits
Compensate for the zero drift, gain, high-order nonlinearity and temperature coefficient of the input signal of the resistance bridge sensor
Precision
It is 0.25% FS from -40 °C to +125 °C
From -40 °C to +155 °C, it is 0.5%%FS
In the fastest mode, the internal output update rate can reach up to 200μs
Compliant with the SENT standard SAE J2716 Rev.4 (APR2016), the tick time is extended to 1μs, resulting in a SENT output time of 282μs (with two fast channels).
A third-order digital LPF with a cut-off frequency ranging from 10Hz to 1000Hz
Rapid calibration: The one-time offline calibration algorithm can minimize production costs to the greatest extent
The minimum number of external components enables the design of the sensor module to have first-class form factors
It meets the requirements of Grade 0 of AEC-Q100
The operating temperature range is from -40 °C to +155 °C, and it can last up to 100 hours up to +165 °C
