Product Description

ZSSC4169DE4R is an automotive sensor signal conditioning device produced by (Renesas), mainly used for processing differential bridge sensor signals and supporting SENT (Single-edge Time Coding) or I2C output. The following are its core features:

The differential bridge sensor input and on-chip or external temperature sensor can be selected to adjust the sensor input signal and/or temperature output

Extended temperature measurement options (i.e., internal sensor, external diode)

SENT interface; OWI or I²C options for calibration

Digital compensation is provided for the offset, gain, high-order nonlinearity and temperature coefficient of the input signal of the sensor under test

Operating temperature range: -40°C to 150°C

Accuracy: ±0.50% FSO from -40°C to 125°C

NVM memory is used to store configuration data, user-configurable measurements, adjustment functions, and data selected by the user
