BSC059N04LS6 utilises Infineon's sixth-generation OptiMOS™ process to achieve extremely low on-resistance and low gate charge in a 5 mm × 6 mm TDSON-8 surface-mount package, optimised for high-efficiency DC-DC buck, synchronous rectification, and motor drive applications.
