The LTC2645CMS-L10 is a 4-channel 10-bit PWM-to-voltage output DAC launched by Analog Devices (ADI), featuring an integrated high-accuracy, low-drift, 10ppm/°C reference and built into a 16-pin MSOP package. The following are its core features:

This device features a rail-to-rail output buffer and ensures monotonic characteristics. In addition, the LTC2645CMS-L10 also features a 2.5V full-scale output with an internal reference of 10ppm/°C. It can operate with an external reference, which is responsible for setting the full-scale output to be equal to the external reference voltage.
