The HMC365S8GETR is a low-noise 4-way static divider that uses InGaP GaAs HBT technology and is packaged in an 8-pin surface-mount plastic package. This device operates at input frequencies from DC (using a square wave input) to 13 GHz, powered by a single +5V DC supply.
