HMC705LP4E is a low-noise GaAs HBT programmable frequency divider, which is packaged with 4x4 mm pinless table sticker. The frequency divider can be programmed to divide the frequency with any number between N = 1 and N = 17 (up to 6.5 GHz). 

HMC705LP4E has a high working frequency and low phase noise bottom, which is very suitable for high-performance and rapid establishment of frequency synthesizer architecture. 

HMC705LP4E can be used with Hittite frequency detector, VCO and PLL IC, so as to achieve low noise and rapid phase-locked loop.
