SUPERFET V MOSFET (NTBL125N60S5H) is the fifth-generation high-voltage super junction (SJ) MOSFET series product of onsemi. SUPERFET V provides first-class FOM (RDS (ON) ·QG and RDS (ON) ·EOSS), which not only improves the efficiency of heavy loads but also that of light loads. The NTBL125N60S5H device offers design advantages by reducing conduction and switching losses, while supporting an extreme MOSFET DVD /dt rating of 120 V/ns. Therefore, the SUPERFET V MOSFET FAST series helps to maximize the system efficiency and power density.
