The PCM1840IRTWR is a high-performance Burr-Brown™ audio analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that supports synchronous sampling of up to four analog channels. This device supports differential line and microphone input, featuring a full-scale signal of 2VRMS. It integrates features such as microphone bias voltage, phase-locked loop (PLL), and DC-removed high-pass filter (HPF), and supports a sampling rate up to 192kHz.

The PCM1840IRTWR supports Time Division Multiplexing (TDM), I2S or Left Balanced (LJ) audio formats, and the hardware pin levels are selectable. In addition, the PCM1840IRTWR also supports master-slave mode selection, thereby enabling audio bus interface operation.
