The CM50MXUA-24T is an IGBT module produced by (Mitsubishi Electric), equipped with the 7th generation IGBT adopting the CSTBT™※1 structure and the diode adopting the RFC※2 structure, reducing power loss and facilitating the reduction of power consumption of industrial equipment. This module is mainly used in power electronic devices.
