The KP276A1201 is a miniature digital absolute pressure sensor based on the principle of capacitance. It adopts surface micro-machining and realizes the monolithic integrated signal conditioning circuit in BiCMOS technology. In addition, the KP276A1201 also provides an interface for an external negative temperature coefficient (NTC) temperature sensor.
