The TMCS1123A4AQDVGRQ1 is a Hall effect current sensor with high accuracy and current isolation. This sensor is designed to meet the high-precision current measurement requirements in high-voltage systems such as electric vehicle (EV) charging and solar energy.

The TMCS1123A4AQDVGRQ1 sensor has the following main features:

High precision ‌ : Up to 80A RMS measurement capability at +25°C with 1100VDC enhanced operating voltage and 5000VRMS withstand isolation voltage.

Temperature stability ‌ : The precision signal regulation circuit achieves a maximum total error of less than 1.75% over the entire temperature range and lifetime without the need for system-level calibration.

Application scope ‌ : For AC and DC current measurement with a bandwidth of 250kHz, for high voltage systems such as electric vehicle charging and solar energy.

Supply voltage ‌ : Low voltage supply from 3V to 5.5V. ‌
